At Westover, we continually strive to provide our customers with a service which is second to none.
Following careful analysis of our business over the last 12 months, we understand that access to our premium Collection and Delivery service hasn’t been as efficient as we had hoped. This has resulted in some customers experiencing longer lead times.
Collection and Delivery is a service offered by Westover, whereby, our professional drivers can collect your vehicle and bring it back to our retailer – and return your vehicle on completion with a complementary wash.
We are committed to maintaining this important service without delays in the future and have therefore invested in additional drivers and vehicles. After careful consideration we have introduced a charge for this service which will commence on Thursday 1st November 2018.
Up to 10 miles from point of retailer - £20 +VAT
Every additional mile - £2 +VAT
(This service remains free for Blue Badge holders)
The above refers to the distance from our retailer to your collection address one way and covers both collection and return by our fully insured professional drivers.
By introducing this policy across all Westover locations, we hope to increase efficiency and provide a high quality service which our customers rightly expect. If you have further questions please do not hesitate to get in touch.
If you decide not to opt in to this service, you can of course drop-off and pick up your vehicle at your preferred show room and take advantage of our ‘while-you-wait’ facilities with free refreshments and Wi-Fi.
