Westover Land Rover Targets European Clay Pigeon Shooting Championship

Vehicles from Westover Land Rover recently supported the European Clay Pigeon Shooting Championship (8-11 June 2017), hosted on the stunning Lulworth Estate in Dorset.

The event was the largest of its kind to be held in the UK since 2005 and brought together hundreds of guns, all competing for the title of European Champion.

The opening ceremony saw European dignitaries gather in front of 250 seated guests to launch the five day event. It marked the 50th anniversary of the championships.

Westover Land Rover displayed a selection of vehicles in front of Lulworth Castle, with an additional two vehicles impressively flanking the Castle steps.

'Line Westover' (one of the drives) added to the impressive backdrop enjoyed by the competitors.

Andy Grant, Brand Manager at Westover Jaguar Land Rover, who presented a winner's trophy, said: "It really was a remarkable few days. We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful environment against which to showcase our latest line up of vehicles.

"Many of the competitors and guests already drive Jaguar or Land Rover vehicles but were universally interested to see our iconic and much loved models in such a relaxed and special setting."
