As a Sales Advisor you will guide each customer through their purchase from picking the most suitable model, arranging test drives and setting up finance options to the all important handover once the car has been delivered to the showroom.

Full training will be given through our bespoke sales induction programme so you don’t have to have prior experience in the motor industry. Sales Administrator

Westover Group is looking for an organised and efficient Sales Administrator to join their team at Renault, Fiat, Dacia in Salisbury.

The Role

Working alongside the Sales Manager and Aftersales Manager, our Sales Administrators are an integral and important support to the broader Sales teams, responsible for all of the administration associated with our detailed customer sales processes. You must be a well organised individual with outstanding administration, numeracy and literacy skills.

Working hours

FULL or PART time hours available, covering Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm – some flexibility will be required in our peak trading periods of March and September.

Consideration will be given to a job-share where the successful candidates work, for example, weekday mornings or weekday afternoons.The working pattern and hours can be discussed at interview stage - please state your preference when applying.

To be successful in this role you will have

  • Excellent time management skills and be able to prioritise your workload to meet tight deadlines to support our extremely successful sales team;
  • Previous motor industry, admin-based background or retail knowledge (preferable) however full training, specific to the role, will be provided.

Your responsibilities

  • Ordering vehicles to customer specification within given time frames;
  • Allocating registration numbers and ensuring all vehicles are taxed ensuring full support of local Government legislation under the registration code and period;
  • Preparing, monitoring, raising and analysing sales invoices, stock records, orders and deliveries;
  • Collating order, finance and warranty paperwork guaranteeing all documents are accurate;
  • Providing correspondence to the sales team, manufacturer or customer as and when required.

What will you earn?

As a Military Sales Advisor you will receive a competitive basic salary and a guaranteed commission for the first three months of your employment to support you financially whilst you find your feet. Thereafter there is scope to earn on-target-earnings of £40k per annum, with our highest performing Sales Advisors earning in excess of £55,000 per annum. You will receive full product training and support to not only to maximise your earning potential but also to underwrite a long-term career and progression within the Group.

The Role

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with an aptitude for achieving and exceeding targets, working well both individually and as part of a team
  • Relevant sales experience ideally within a telesales or call centre environment (preferable)

The Role

As a Transaction Manager you will be responsible for growing and developing the Sales of Finance and Insurance products across the relevant brand.
