As a Sales Executive you will guide each customer through their purchase from picking the most suitable model, arranging test drives and setting up finance options to the all important handover once the car has been delivered to the showroom.

Full training will be given through our bespoke sales induction programme so you don’t have to have prior experience in the motor industry. Outbound Sales Advisor

We are looking to appoint a team of Outbound Sales Advisors to join a brand new department based in Wallisdown.

The Role

You will be working from a database of existing customers, calling them to engage in discussions around new Group offers, deals and maximising opportunities to upsell new vehicles. An excellent rapport-builder, you will be able to establish the customer’s needs and offer appropriate solutions to match their requirements.

As an Outbound Sales Advisor you will complete outbound call campaigns to ensure monthly targets are reached and deliver an outstanding customer experience, whilst effectively actioning various administrative tasks.

To be a success in this role, you will possess:

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with an aptitude for achieving and exceeding targets, working well both individually and as part of a team
  • Relevant sales experience ideally within a telesales or call centre environment (preferable)
  • Attention to detail, IT literacy and knowledge of using different communication channels (i.e. telephone, email)
  • Aptitude for delivering excellent customer service
  • Precise planning and organisational skills to manage own workload
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure, self-motivation and have a drive to succeed
  • A positive attitude, resilience and resourcefulness

Working hours:

This is a full time position, working 5 out of 7 days on a rota basis. The rota will be flexible across Monday to Sunday with shifts covering 8.00am to 5.00pm, or 1.00pm to 10.00pm.

Group Used Car Buyer

Westover are looking to appoint an experienced Used Car Buyer to manage our inventory levels to ensure delivery of our used volume and profitability objectives.

The Role

You will be required to work within strict funding parameters ensuring that you balance our generated part exchanges with stock purchases to support the group selling 1,000 used cars each month.

To be a success in this role you will need to possess;

  • Used car management experience across both volume and prestige with a demonstrable record of profitable success through stock acquisition and disposal.
  • A proven track record in automotive sales and be able to demonstrate impressive results by increasing sales performance, profitability and operating efficiency;
  • Strong communication, organisational and negotiation skills with a high level of self motivation;
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • You will be required to comply with Quality Standards, keep organised and up to date with all paperwork, ensuring all paperwork is passed on to relevant accountant.

Organisation skills are key in this role, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multi-task. We are looking for someone who has a confident, helpful and professional telephone manner who can communicate clearly and concisely.

Your responsibilities;

  • Always monitoring the demand for different models of vehicles and using this information to effectively value vehicles and anticipate buying demands.
  • You will need to be confident in your approach and you will be required to negotiate prices for the purchasing of vehicles.
  • To manage the disposal of stock through a weekly auction on behalf of dealerships, accurately valuing vehicles for the dealership to generate and maximise profit opportunities.
  • Arranging and organising the delivery of stock and maintaining good relationships with clients outside the Dealership to increase sales.
