Customer Resolution Manager

We are looking for a Customer Resolution Manager to join our new dual-ARCH Jaguar Land Rover showroom in Christchurch, opening on 1st March 2019.

The Role

As a senior colleague within our group JLR operations, you must be an organised and dynamic individual who is able to identify and drive improvements in our delivery of impeccable customer service. Ideally already working within a Customer Services environment, and with experience of dealing with expressions of dissatisfaction, supporting the Sales and Aftersales teams across our three JLR businesses, you will be the link between our customers, colleagues and the brand, and as such empowered to deal with all customer issues (Sales and Aftersales) ensuring the prompt and satisfactory resolution of any quality or service issues.

You will need to possess:

  • Strong communication and organisational skills with a high level of self motivation;
  • Excellent written and analytical skills;
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with all customers in a professional but firm manner;
  • A pro-active approach to customer service with a commitment to delivering customer excellence;
  • Ideally motor industry experienced in a customer service role with detailed knowledge of consumer law;
  • Experience of handling non-complex and complex complaints would be very beneficial.

Your Responsibilities

  • Responding to and analysing positive and negative expressions of satisfaction and dissatisfaction, both direct and from our established Customer Care contact centre;
  • Resolving customer concerns within a prescribed authority limit and timeline;
  • Working closely with the management team to identify any trends and create action plans for any improvements.
  • Responsible for managing and resolving all customer reported product related concerns and customer service generated expressions of dissatisfaction.

Receptionist

The Role

Our Receptionists provide the very first to welcome to all guests visiting our retail locations and delivering a memorable customer service experience, for all of the right reasons, is a key part of our group experience strategy. Your desire to build a professional rapport with our customers, establish their needs quickly and create a bespoke service for every visitor is paramount. Quite simply, our Receptionists are our Brand Ambassadors and an integral part of our teams, reflecting the brand image and standards in everything they do.

Working hours

Full-time: 5 days a week on a rolling rota, including regular weekends

To be a success in this role, you will possess

  • A friendly and approachable manner;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • IT literacy and Switchboard experience advantageous;

Your responsibilities

  • Meet, greet and host all guests (customers and prospects for all departments and all other visitors to the business);
  • Answer and manage incoming calls into the business;

  • Some invoicing and filing may be required along with general administration duties;
  • Manage our customer refreshment areas and ensure that consistent housekeeping standards are maintained in line with group policies.

Barista

As a Barista, working for Jaguar Land Rover Christchurch, you will be the first point of contact for our customers coming into our showroom. Your personality, passion for customer service and integrity will shine through as you greet customers arriving at the dealership.

A friendly, professional and outgoing personality is key to the role, ensuring all visitors to the retailer are offered refreshments, made to feel comfortable throughout their visit whilst they meet another member of the team.

To be a success in this role, you will:

  • Have previous experience of delivering premium customer service in a retail environment.
  • Listen and engage in conversation with the customer, discovering their needs and directing them appropriately.
  • Pass on any information to another team member to assist in the customer’s enquiry quickly and effectively.
  • Be able to ensure refreshments are available and stock is maintained, ensuring the showroom is always tidy.

Car Park Attendant

We are looking for a committed Car Park Attendants to join our busy teams at Jaguar Land Rover Christchurch (Bailey Drive).

The Role

As a Car Park Attendant you will be required to meet and greet all customers visiting the dealerships and ensure that the parking area flows in a safe and controlled manner. You will be responsible for keeping the car park clean and tidy, ensuring customer car parking spaces are always available and parking customer vehicles when necessary.

USED CAR SALES ADVISOR

The Role

As a Used Car Sales Advisor you will be an ambassador for Jaguar Land Rover, as well as the Westover Group where we pride ourselves on delivering an impeccable customer experience 100% of the time. Your responsibilities

  • Maximise every sales opportunity to achieve vehicle sales and profit targets
  • Proactively prospect new and existing customers to maintain your database and ensure repeat business

  • Create and coordinate customer appointments, schedule test drives and arrange handover appointments

Service Advisor

We currently have a vacancy for a Service Advisor with a minimum of 3 years' experience at our state-of-the-art Jaguar Land Rover site in Christchurch.

The Role

Our Service Advisors ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction delivery for our customers using our retail locations for vehicle servicing and repair. With a friendly and professional disposition you are our principle point of contact for all customer communications whilst their vehicles are in our care. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills in order to deal with customers face to face or over the telephone, always delivering an exceptional experience for both internal and external customers.

As a Service Advisor you will be quick to identify the needs of the customers and opportunities to upsell so experience in sales or retail would be advantageous. You will need to work to tight timescales and thrive on the pressure of a very busy service department. Alongside your customer first attitude, you will need to maximise sales, grow customer retention and consistently achieve your targets. A passion for the product and delivering exceptional customer service must be evident in everything you do.

Our Service Advisor hours are typically Monday to Friday 8.00am to 6.00pm, with Saturday mornings on a rota.

Due to expansion, we are currently recruiting for one Technician to join our established and experienced workshop team in Christchurch.

The Role

As a Technician you will need to achieve the highest standards in customer service through delivery of an exceptional technical performance. You will be working on both customer and Westover owned vehicles and will deliver an always right first time service.

You will be able to work to efficiency and productivity targets, run diagnostics, resolve faults, suggest and make improvements and support the broader workshop team.

Our ambition is to ensure you exceed your potential, excel in your delivery and meet your career aspirations so our policy is one of continuous training. We want all Technicians to achieve Master Technician level so a commitment to ongoing and regular training is an absolute prerequisite.

The Role

As a Workshop Cleaner you will be responsible for ensuring the site and workshop are clean, tidy and presentable at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Keep the whole site, including the customer car park, forecourt, workshop and valeting bay, tidy and litter free, ensuring manufacturer and group standards are maintained at all times
  • Keep the workshop clean and dispose of all rubbish and waste materials so each Technician has clear access to their bay
  • Ensure all workshop stock and equipment is tidied away and stored in accordance with the site’s Heath and Safety policy
  • Assist in the control and disposal of cardboard and other waste materials on site
  • During busy periods you will also be required to support the valeting team and Cleaner/Drivers on site
