  • You or your partner can purchase 1 used car per a 12 month period which includes our outstanding 12 months warranty.

MOT, Parts & Labour

  • You can receive 15% discount off retail, labour and parts for any work carried out on a car that is owned by you or your partner.
  • MOT’s will be charged at cost price

30 Days Holiday – You will have paid holiday entitlement inclusive of bank holidays – pro rata

Pension – You will automatically be enrolled into the company’s pension scheme, within the legislative time frame. Westover Group will match up to 3% contribution.

Employee Support Services – Provided by BEN, the automotive industry charity which provides help and support to employees. Whether it's money worries, illness or just need someone to talk to. We will provide you with the information to look online for self-help tools and online chats and their direct phone number.

Display Screen Equipment (DSE) – Westover Group will provide a contribution of up to £25 for eye tests and £30 towards spectacles for DSE use.

Work Wear – Eligible jobs roles will be provided with high quality and suitable work wear with the Westover Group logo embroidered on.

Training and Development – Ongoing Manufacturer training and development to support you in your role.

Referral Scheme - £250.00 will be paid to an employee referring to Group a candidate who is employed by the Company. This is payable after 6 months.

Life Assurance – Death in Service scheme is provided for all employees following a successful completion of their probation period.

Company Cars – If you are entitled to a company car this will confirmed at offer stage.

Sick Pay – Eligibility after 6 months continuous service
