Superb Estate Wins Fifth Gear Award
Fifth Gear has given the Superb Estate its award for family Car of The Year.
Presenter Jonny Smith says: "Right at the beginning of the year, I crowned this the greatest estate ever, and I stand by that even now. The mixture of space, speed, refinement, value, economy and comfort...it's a beaut.
"Honestly, if you're a dad and you need a car to carry all the flotsam and jetsam that comes with it, this is the car you need. It's faultless. I love it!"
This award caps a brilliant year for Skoda, during which its cars have had fantastic exposure on Fifth Gear. In June, the Superb Estate won a group test against a Volvo and a Mercedes, and in October the Fabia vRS was shown breaking seven speed records.
