Service Advisor

Peugeot Wallisdown requires a Service Advisor to join their team. You’ll be expected to build a rapport with customers, offering them the benefit of your skills, to identify their needs and giving clear and accurate estimates of the costs and timescales involved. You’ll then schedule the job into the workshop, taking into account the complexity of the work and the availability of parts, arrange a loan car if required and keep customers informed of the progress of work through to completion.
