Westover Jaguar's Service Centre Wins UK Award

Westover Jaguar’s service, parts and workshop teams are celebrating after the West Quay Road dealership in Poole was named one of the UK’s top ten Jaguar Service Centres.
The dealership achieved the prestigious ranking after exceeding a number of targets set by Jaguar UK, principally delivering exceptionally high customer satisfaction ratings.
As a reward for the department’s outstanding achievement, David Allen, Westover Jaguar’s After Sales Manager, was sent on the trip of a lifetime to South Africa. Flown to the banks of the Zambezi River – just a short internal flight from Johannesburg and a stone’s throw from Victoria Falls – David enjoyed three nights in the Royal Livingstone Hotel, as well as a land and boat safari in Botswana and a steam train trip into a Zambian safari park. From there, David visited Cape Town for a further three nights, where he took a cable car to the summit of Table Mountain, saw the penguin colonies at Cape Point and headed into South Africa’s world famous vineyards to sample some local wine.
“We’ve won this award thanks to a remarkable team effort,” says David. “Each and every person in our service and parts department puts in a tremendous amount of hard work all year round to make sure our customers receive the service standards that they have rightly come to expect from Westover Jaguar. We take great pride in the quality of our work and this accolade is a well-deserved reflection of that effort.
“However, we now have a much-coveted title to defend - so we’ll all be working harder still in the future!”
