The Motability team at Westover Nissan are celebrating after winning their second Motability award.
Nikki Marriott and Jenny Neville, Westover Nissan’s dedicated Motability sales and service experts, won the latest quarterly award thanks to their 100% score in Motability’s dealer assessments.
The accolade is part of a programme of awards, launched last year by Motability Operations to recognise and reward outstanding customer service.
All quarterly award winners are automatically entered into Motability’s national annual awards, the winner of which is announced at the beginning of the following year. Nikki won a national ‘special commendation’ award – presented last year - in recognition of the quality of service she delivers.
“The award is a direct reflection on the customer service levels delivered in the showroom,” says Motability’s Steven Murr. “We look at customer feedback, we check that Motability drivers are offered courtesy cars and receive the right treatment at the point of service or MOT and we look at the accuracy of the paperwork that’s submitted. These thing combine to give us an overall picture and Westover Nissan recorded the maximum score on each section, putting them top in their region.
“Our Motability customers tell us they want to feel listened to and understood and that’s exactly what Nikki and Jenny do so well. At the point of purchase, Westover Nissan’s Motability customers don’t feel pushed to purchase a particular model, they know Nikki’s considering their individual needs. The Westover team are not delivering a ‘one size fits all’ approach, plus they have near-encyclopedic knowledge of the Motability programme and the adaptations we’re available to offer. Nikki currently has 568 Motability customers on her books, whilst the national average is 152 across the UK’s 4,800 Motability dealers.
Nissan is the third best-selling Motability brand nationally, thanks to the flexibility, practicality and stylish design of its cars. The most popular models for Motability customers are the Qashqai and the Juke, with the all-electric LEAF and the Pulsar in hot pursuit.
