A recent Motability Customer had the following thoughts on their experience:
"We collected our Nissan Qashqai yesterday from Westover Nissan in Bournemouth, Dorset. We were amazed at the high standard of customer Care. Unbeknown to us our car was in the showroom covered over with a red silk sheet. I asumed they had a new model and were preparing for a launch.
I never guessed it was our car what a lovely suprise we felt like celebs more so when we were presented with a bottle of champagne by Mr Pickard the Showroom Manager. High praise must go to Nicola Marriott our Motability specialist at the branch. Nothing was too much trouble for her even our doggie had a drink of water provided for him.
I have sent an email to Nicola but I just wanted to let you that this is our fourth car and NEVER has the experience been so pleasant as this one. We also have never had a breakdown in any of the three different vehicles that we have had on the scheme. Thank You Motability."
