Lexus Roadside Assistance

Reliability is one of the watchwords of Lexus and it is one of the reasons why the brand tops numerous customer satisfaction surveys.

However, even the legendary reliability of a Lexus can be affected by a puncture or a flat battery. That’s why owners (and their partners if they so wish) receive complimentary Lexus Roadside Assistance provided by the RAC.

Each membership gives personal cover. That means owners are entitled to the full range of RAC benefits and services as the driver or passenger of any vehicle, not just while driving their Lexus. Their partner is also eligible for the same cover providing both reside at the same address.

We hope owners will never need to use Lexus Roadside Assistance, but in the event of a breakdown, losing keys or even running out of fuel, help is just a telephone call away. How could Lexus call itself complete if it didn’t afford complete peace of mind?

Free Lexus Roadside Assistance is provided by the RAC, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in both the UK and Europe. Owners of new Lexus cars are entitled to three years’ complimentary roadside assistance. Buyers of Approved Pre-Owned models receive one year’s complimentary cover.

At the end of your complimentary period of Lexus Roadside Assistance, you are invited to renew your cover for another year at the rate of £80 per year this also includes partner membership. We will contact you a short time before your membership expires to see if this interests you.
