The team at Westover Land Rover in Christchurch are celebrating the success of their colleague, Stuart Hall, who has been named Jaguar Land Rover ‘Salesperson of the Year’ for the South West region.
Stuart’s latest win builds upon his previous successes - this is the third time that he has ranked amongst the top three Land Rover sales specialists in the region.
Stuart was presented with his award by Alexander Armstrong, host of BBC TV game show Pointless, at a ceremony held at the Four Seasons Hotel in Hampshire. The event was attended by the award winners from each of Jaguar Land Rover’s six operational regions across the UK. The winners were selected from more than 500 sales executives working in Land Rover showrooms across the country.
“Winning an award and having a year of hard work recognised in this way is always a great feeling,” says Senior Sales Executive, Stuart. “Life is really busy in the showroom and keeping up with the pace is sometimes pretty tiring but I have great relationships with my customers, some of whom have been buying Land Rovers from me for many years now. I’m lucky to have a loyal group of regulars and it’s those interactions – as well as meeting a lot of new faces along the way - that make the job so much fun.”
A long-serving and key member of the team at Westover Land Rover, Stuart has been based at the Christchurch showroom since 2000.
The iconic Range Rover is the model Stuart has sold most consistently over the years, proving its popularity with local buyers.
“My personal favourite has to be the Range Rover Sport SVR 5.0 Supercharged model though,” adds Stuart.
“It’s got everything going for it – all the off-road capability and luxury that you’d expect from Land Rover but it’s also the most powerful vehicle they’ve ever made. Westover lent me a Jaguar F-Type Convertible to drive to the awards ceremony and I have to say that was pretty special too!"
