The Westover Group commitment to Land Rover spans some 70 years, from its 2 recently refurnished showrooms now operating in the Dorset area from our Christchurch and Salisbury dealerships. Westover Land Rover Christchurch was appointed a Range Rover Main Dealer operating from premises in Castle Lane, Bournemouth over 25 years ago. In the early 1980’s full Land Rover Main Dealer status was awarded and the Dealership relocated to West Quay in Poole. The current dedicated, custom built premises in Christchurch were opened in 1998 and refurbished to Land Rover 21st Centaury Standards just last year.
Westover Land Rover Salisbury (formerly Ottons Land Rover) was appointed a Land Rover Dealer in the early 1960’s with the business then operating from Cranborne in Dorset. A move to Verwood in the 1970’s was followed by the award of full Land Rover Main Dealer status in the early 1980’s. The current dedicated, custom-built premises at Old Sarum, on the northern outskirts of Salisbury, were opened in 1989, Ottons Land Rover was acquired by Westover Group in 2004 and again the showrooms were refurbished to land Rover 21st Centaury Standards in the summer of last year. This much heritage and experience makes The Westover Group one of the UK’s leading Land Rover franchise groups where we strive to provide the complete Land Rover Ownership Experience embracing 21st Century technology.
