Guests attending the Mayor of Bournemouth's Titanic-themed charity ball on Saturday 9th April were greeted by a stunning Jaguar F-Type, flanked by local sea cadets.
The car, on a night out from our Westover Jaguar showroom on West Quay Road in Poole, set the tone for a glamorous black tie evening held in the Phoxtrot Ballroom at Bournemouth's Hilton Hotel.
The evening was packed with entertainment, led by dance band, Bourne to Swing, who played vintage sounds. There was a also a raffle and an auction.
Westover sponsored the programme and Group director, Paul Collins, kindly ran the charity auction on the night - raising £300 for a 24 hour test drive in a Jaguar, along with fantastic sums for a whole host of other lots.
The Mayor's Charity Appeal Fund is supporting seven local charities - Julia's House, Bournemouth Leukaemia Fund, Macmillan Caring Locally, The Bournemouth Above and Beyond Trust, Bournemouth Round Table, Bournemouth Amateur Philharmonic Society and the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra.
