Stuart Hall has been a sales executive at our Land Rover dealership in Christchurch since 2001 and was named Land Rover’s Salesman of the Year in 2012 – claiming the top slot out of Land Rover’s 700 showroom staff in the UK. He’s consistently been at the top of Land Rover’s league tables, proving his metal time and again as one of the manufacturer’s top performing sales executives.
Stuart has seen many changes since joining us - the Christchurch dealership has been refurbished not once, but twice, and Westover Land Rover in Salisbury has joined the Westover stable. The best-selling vehicle when Stuart first joined was the Freelander – it remained in the top slot until the Evoque was launched in 2011.
"I never get tired of working with the Land Rover product," says Stuart. "It’s an iconic brand and yet it’s constantly changing because Land Rover is such an innovative company. There has been a constant stream of new models over the years and the technology on board is cutting edge, so that keeps me on my toes. Add to that the customers, who are so full of enthusiasm for Land Rover and its vehicles, that it’s impossible not to be swept along. I’m not sure I can imagine selling any other make of car now!"
When he was named Salesman of the Year Stuart also won a Land Rover travel award, which he put to good use visiting family in California and taking a road trip from San Diego to Las Vegas.
