Our Sales and Aftersales Managers are part of a motivated and highly professional team who are adept at multi- tasking, have a keen eye for business and have the ability to lead strong and enthusiastic teams. Customer Resolution Manager - Jaguar Land Rover

Westover Group is looking for a Customer Resolution Manager to join their Jaguar Land Rover retailer operations.

The Role

As a senior colleague within our group JLR operations, you must be an organised and dynamic individual who is able to identify and drive improvements in our delivery of impeccable customer service. Ideally already working within a Customer Services environment, and with experience of dealing with expressions of dissatisfaction, supporting the Sales and Aftersales teams across our three JLR businesses, you will be the link between our customers, colleagues and the brand, and as such empowered to deal with all customer issues (Sales and After Sales) ensuring the prompt and satisfactory resolution of any quality or service issues.

You will need to possess:

  • Strong communication and organisational skills with a high level of self motivation;
  • Excellent written and analytical skills;
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with all customers in a professional but firm manner;
  • A pro-active approach to customer service with a commitment to delivering customer excellence;
  • Experience of handling non-complex and complex complaints would be very beneficial.

Your Responsibilities

  • Responding to and analysing positive and negative expressions of satisfaction and dissatisfaction, both direct and from our established Customer Care Contact Centre;
  • Resolving customer concerns within a prescribed authority limit and timeline;
  • Working closely with the management team to identify any trends and create action plans for any improvements.

Used Car Sales Manager

Westover Dacia, Corfe Mullen are looking for a Used Car Sales Manager to join their team

The Role

As a Used Sales Manager you will lead, motivate and drive your team to provide customer service excellence, whilst delivering against the organisations key performance indicators. You will relish the opportunity to take responsibility for the presentation of the showroom and also build and maintain strong relationships with our valued brand partners.

Within the role of Used Car Sales Manager you will work closely with other departments and will be hands on with the day to day running of the site, to achieve the highest standards set by the Group and the Brand. Alongside your customer-focused attitude, you will be commercially minded, passionate about automotive retailing and motivated by setting and exceeding targets.

To be a success in this role you will need to possess;

  • A proven track record in automotive sales and be able to demonstrate impressive results by increasing sales performance, profitability and operating efficiency;
  • The ability to lead by example, manage and inspire the team to consistently exceed our customer satisfaction, volume and profitability objectives;
  • Strong communication, organisational and negotiation skills with a high level of self motivation;
  • Ability to comply with SAF qualifications and FCA regulations;
  • Full UK Driving Licence.

  • Your responsibilities;

  • Over achieve the business aims and objectives;
  • Maximising the profit window whilst working within the group used car ageing/disposal policy
  • Full understanding of manufacturer targets ensuring the team are maximising every opportunity;
  • Inventory management and management of the group pricing policy;
  • Encourage the sales team to review, maintain and follow processes, ensuring that they are working in the most efficient way;
  • Maintain the receipt to retail standards process
  • Ensure brand advertising standards are met at all times;
  • Ensure accurate completion of all Used Car sales paperwork and providing reports as required on all sales activities ensuring accurate sales forecasts;
  • Ensure that compliance is enforced and that it meets all the obligations relating to the customer experience and manufacturers standards within the sales operation;
  • Manage auction disposal in line with group policy.
