WESTOVER INTRODUCES ‘CARMILES’ FOR BOURNEMOUTH AIRPORT’S HIGH FLIERS
In a new initiative, the Westover Group is offering CarMiles to anyone flying in or out of Bournemouth Airport. Westover CarMiles can be exchanged for discounts on any new or used car across the Group’s range, from a Kia Picanto to a Lotus Evora. The further your flight, the more CarMiles you qualify for and the bigger the discount you can claim.
“Travellers who use Bournemouth airport for European flights will find their CarMiles bring them significant savings - and fliers who venture further afield will be able to land themselves some truly ground-breaking discounts,” says Mike Boyd, Westover Group Director. “Anyone who flies to the Algarve or Alicante, Malaga or Manchester will qualify for £400 off the price of a Westover vehicle; those travelling to New York will be able to claim a massive £750 discount.

All that local high fliers need to do to claim their CarMiles discount is to present proof of their flight at one of Westover’s dealerships across the region and, depending upon the route travelled, they will qualify for a ‘one-flight, one-off’ discount of £400 (on flights less than 1,000 miles), £600 (flights between 1,001–3,000 miles) or £750 (flights of 3,000 miles or more).
Westover is advertising its CarMiles scheme in Bournemouth Airport’s new terminal, which opened in June following an 18 month development programme costing in the region of £45 million. The size of the departure lounge has doubled and space devoted to retail and catering has trebled. Passengers can now fly to 45 different destinations across the UK, Europe and America.
